Branch General Manager
Industrial services company (confidential) · Brick Township, NJ · $160,000–$290,000
About this role
Our client, a leader in facilities and energy solutions — integrating systems, energy-efficient equipment, and sustainability-focused technologies — is seeking a Branch General Manager to lead its New Jersey business.
This is a senior leadership seat with full P&L ownership: sales and operational performance, customer relationships, and team leadership all roll up here. The right leader will set the direction for the business while staying close to the customers, teams, and market that drive it — building a culture where decentralized command can thrive, empowering the team to execute with ownership rather than managing every decision from the top.
Compensation extends well beyond base salary, with an annual performance-based incentive program and meaningful additional upside for leaders who drive sustained EBITDA growth and create incremental value in their business.
Location: New Jersey (branch-based, Brick Township area). Travel up to 35%.
