About Me

Tal joined Black Powder Search in 2023, he leads new business development efforts and identifies potential partnerships between veterans and partner firms. 

Prior to joining Black Powder Search, Tal was Vice President of Business Development at Intent, where he played a pivotal role in scaling business operations and expanding the company’s market presence. Before that, he worked at Torc, a SaaS solution that connects companies with freelance developers, where he spearheaded business development efforts and established key client relationships.

Earlier in his career, Tal worked in talent acquisition for a boutique firm specializing in building go-to-market teams for startup SaaS companies, helping these organizations scale with top-tier talent. Tal earned his bachelor’s degree from Johns Hopkins University, where he was a 4-year member of the men’s lacrosse team.
